Driver was absolutely rude and even took my parcel away

Good Day I have ordered from temu and the guy came to deliver today. He was exceptionally rude. When he turned up he placed my package on the floor and asked for the code. I told him that nothing had come through . He asked for my driver's licence which my son went to fetch. Whilst waiting with him he asked if my number is wassap I told him yes but I have two numbers and am not sure which one was given to them. He then asked me to bend and look at the package for the number I used I told him he is rude and I will not do that. I feel like he was trying to harass me. Is that how URLs drivers operate. He took my parcel and left. I tried calling gsf numerous times after that and everytime I ask for management they keep cutting the call or placing me on hold.
