Do not use this courier

I have been waiting for my oarcel from Temu since 23 December.I noticed on the 24th that my number was incorrect then I phoned then to update it but the lady on the phone told me it can’t be updated since the parcel is out for delivery but will escalate the number to the driver.On the 29th December I phoned again trying to understand when exactly am am I going to receive my package,the lady again advised me that they will escalate my number to the driver told her I phoned before why was the number not escalated to the diver.When I asked for the drivers number so that I call by myself they refused telling me they not allowed.On my temu app I keep getting messages that they failed to deliver my order.Called again on the 5th January ,same story and worst part when I ask to speak with the manager or supervisor they tell me I can’t because supervisor/manager is not there and they do not even wanna transfer the call to them.phoned again on the 6th no luck,9th no luck same old story about escalating and updating my number to the driver.On the 15th I phoned again and the lady told me my parcel has been returned back to china because the driver couldn’t get hold of me.

I asked them how come the driver didn’t get hold of me if my number was updated,I asked them why did I not get an update that my parcel is going back to china.I asked them why do I keep getting messages that my parcel is out for delivery but failed to deliver but the person ai spoke with couldn’t answer that.I even wrote an email to them twice,they rep**** first time with a form that I must fill in they will get back to me after 72 hours but they never did.Today again,19 Janiary I got an update that they failed to deliver my parcel,how come if I was told that the parcel went back to china.Why do I feel like this courier company is a ****,what’s gonna happen to my things or money,how am I going to claim them from Temu if they are still keeping it but don’t want to deliver.I do not want @temu to use this courier for me again.
