Dissatisfied service

I received an sms on the 23rd December to say that my parcel is out for delivery. Today is the 31st and I still have not received my parcel. heir whatsapp number does not work, their telephone line is busy even wen it is trading hours. Will my parcel ever get delivered? This was a huge order i placed
