Dishonest delivery status

I have a parcel that is showing delivered yesterday 10/03/2026 I have not received any parcel or any call to notify me it’s on the way I have tried to call GFS immediately they said call during operating hours, I call this morning no agents available I must use WhatsApp I use WhatsApp and no response This is the worst courier company this company will make me stop using TEMU where as BUFFOLA has excellent service Contact me today or deliver today this is unprofessional *** GE*** Contact number ***
