Dishonest Delivery Company

Parcel has been with them at the Port Elizabeth Hub since 3 March 2026. Started calling from 8 March 2026. They have continuously promised delivery and yet no delivery. Despite being told they are “escalating” the matter - no communication. When I asked to speak to a manager, the service agent told me “Managers don’t take calls for clients.” They refused to even tell me where I could collect the parcel from, despite it being nearly two week late
