Disgusting service GFS

Worst carrier I've come across, disgusting service. Temu order placed 19/11/25 Taxes paid 23/11/25 Arrived in SA 29/11/25

The app says out for delivery since 04/12/25 Tried calling their customer care, either no answer or they answer and ask you to hold then drop the call.

They are the worst freight company I've come across in my life. Very poor service, no business ethics and absolutely no courtesy. The worst thing is thst you cannot get hold of them even just to clarify or query anything, they are blatantly saying f you and there's nothing you can do about it
