Disgusting service from GFS LOGISTICS(GFS Express ZA)

Temu uses this company for their logistics and I am appalled at the reluctance and arrogance from this company. I placed and order 24th November and tracking indicates it is out out for delivery on the 5th December. 16h30 I managed to get hold of them and was told they should be at my place at 18h00. If not, Friday the 6th. When looking at the tracking status it now indicated, shipped. I looked at the status again on the 8th December indicating out for delivery and comment customer not responding. So on 2 occasions they indicate customer not responding but I am sitting and waiting on them. No one schedules an appointment. You have to sit and wait for them all day. This is the kind of service we get in SA.
