Disgusting service from GFS Express - Temu order lost

I got an email on the 20 Nov 25 advising my temu order was delivered at 20h30. However I did not get my order. The drive called me yesterday, his name is Krinesh. He came to my flat 27 Nov 25 after 17h30 advising they delivered my parcel to the wrong complex. He was supposed to come back this morning of the 29 Nov 25 and has not come. And I have no clue where my order is. I have been calling GFS Express since the 21 Nov 25 and I have not gotten any help from their call center. They also have no refunded me my duty fees I paid them. Also the ladies in the call center keep giving the wrong email address. This was only my second time ordering from Temu. Terrible disgusting service from Krinesh and the call center ladies Violet from GFS Express. Terrible company. They are *****ing people's package.
