Disgusting service

I was contacted by their driver yesterday, the guy made me take a day off at work but nobody pitched the guy didn't even have the decency of rescheduling, now at 16:39 I'm being contacted by another driver who is not answering my calls and messages. I need to know when are they planning on delivering my parcel, because I can't really afford to take another day.
