Disgusting logistics

My package from Temu has been showing “out for delivery” since yesterday, and I’ve been unable to reach the courier. The agents refuse to take my calls, and even when I try contacting them on WhatsApp, there is no response. Their service is extremely disappointing, and I don’t understand why Temu South Africa continues to use them. The way they operate is unacceptable, and it feels like they should be investigated for poor service, potential *****, and mishandling of customers’ packages. I don’t know how a company like this is allowed to operate in South Africa.
