Disgusted by GFS EXPRESS

GFS EXPRESS BLOEMFONTEIN LEFT A BITTER TASTE IM MY MOUTH...

My update on Saturday 10, 2026 showed that my parcel was out for deliveryat 11:46, When I called the agent scheduled to deliver, Phumza Mbokodi, she cheekily told me she has 48 hours to do her deliveries.

My husband got frustrated and they exchanged words.

She told me she was not ****in working for me, she works for GFS EXPRESS.

I told her she was very rude and didn't have to respond to me in that manner. I then requested that she hands over my parcel to.another GFS EXPRESS agent who is well-equipped to.assist. She continued with her rude comments on WhatsApp and even deleted some of it.

Today, Xolile from GFS EXPRESS who.is supposed to be the Supervisor/Manager *** called to hear my side of the story, which she didn't even give me a chance to properly explain. She already took.her agent's, Phumza Mbokodi's side and told me that I am acting like a WHITE PERSON, and I am expecting her to.fire her driver. She even told me she will take my parcel back to Johannesburg, she will.not let it get delivered to me.

We exchanged words as she was screening at me and I had to hang up the phone and told her to voetsek. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and after this interactions, I am disgusted with GFS EXPRESS on how they can allow such people to treat customers like *******.

People like these give their Company a bad name. I wonder where they got picked up to work.for.GFS EXPRESS.

I think they expected me not to be dissatisfied because of my skin color.
