DISAPPOINTMENT FROM GFS EXPRESS

I bought some Items from TEMU.. then after I received a message saying my order has been delivered. I suspect that my order was delivered to a wrong address. I contacted GFS on the 5th of February reporting the matter and they said my case will be handed over to their investing team and they will contact me after 3 to 5days with the findings. GFS has not contacted me yet. PLEASE ASSIST ME ON DOING FOLLOW UP ON THIS......here is my TRACING NUMBER PO-***-D01
