Disappointing Service

This company cannot assist you with updating your delivery address. I tried calling this morning to say I won't be at that delivery address and the consultant said they cannot contact the courier to update, I must wait till the package is returned to base and then give them a call again. So there is no way to contact your couriers? Very poor service and I hate that Temu uses this company because I always have a problem with them.
