Courier Company from Hell!!!!! Horrible Service and Dumb People

I am a personal assistant to my Director and I follow up on her Temu Orders. I have phoned GFS in advance to change the Physical Address as the Physical address was incorrect.

On one particular package they stated it was delivered and signed for. I had ask for the person's name whom had signed for it. Tisu advised she cannot provide me the name of the person. I had to ask her multiple times how come other Courier Service can provide names for packages that was signed for it but this company cannot. The answer was shocking. "I do not know what kind of answer are you looking for. Please phone the person whom had signed for the package."

Terrible Service and a Terrible Courier Company.

I will lodge a complaint with Temu as well.

Temu do not use them.
