Compliment for Exceptional Service – Ridhaa

I experienced some difficulty with my parcel delivery as the GPS directed the driver to the main road instead of my actual address. After multiple reschedules, I contacted the head office on Saturday. To my surprise and delight, I received a call the very next day (Sunday) reassuring me that my parcel would be delivered on Monday at 10 a.m.

However, I must commend Ridhaa for his outstanding service recovery. He took the initiative to make alternative arrangements and ensured that my parcel was delivered that very same day. Ridhaa maintained communication throughout and coordinated with the driver to help locate my address.

Kudos to Ridhaa and the team for their dedication and for going the extra mile. It’s service like this that truly makes a difference!
