Compain

This has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. My package has been marked “out for delivery” for a full week with no actual delivery. Each time I contacted customer service, I was promised same-day delivery, but those promises were never fulfilled. When I requested to escalate the issue to a supervisor or manager, I was told no one was available to take my call. I was then given the excuse that delivery could not be completed because I did not answer my phone — despite the fact that I was never contacted at all. This is extremely frustrating and reflects very poor service standards.
