Catastrophic lack of interaction with clients and EFT seems useless.

If I could give it zero star, I would. No means of communication. No email support! I paid for customs release of my Temu order via EFT, so very little can go wrong. They say "failed the bank transfer payment review". I now uploaded the PoP to the WhatsApp link they sent me.

I am now close to cancelling my Temu order and asking for a refund.
