Cannot contact

terrible service cannot make contact with them fear of not receiving my package as they show on site my package failed delivery but no one was here or contacted me, i am trying to schedule a delivery but cannot make contact with the company, Temu says i need to contact them but i cannot so how do i track my parcel spend over R1000 would be sad to loose this. Can anyone assist me please
