BEWARE - GFS EXPRESS - *****ULENT BUSINESS PRACTIVE

Ref : PO***_GE*** I purchased from Temu (21/02/2026), got a request for "duties" payment from GFS Express, in the amount of R96.16, which was immediatly paid. I then noticed that the reference number did not correspond with my Temu purchase ref number and proceded to mail GFS to advise and requested a refund. After sending numerous mails, I did get a response asking fir my bankimg details & the proof of payment. This has been sent to them on numerous occasions. They have still not resolved this issue 2 months later. Although this is a reasonably small amount of money, which is *****ulently being withheld. Shocking, ********* business practice. If this has happened to me, how many others have they ****med. This is now a principle issue & I plan to continue to advise the public & businesses alike of this.
