Bad very bad client service

Very very bad service delivery and customers service from both the agency and the driver... I have been back and forth confrontation with both the driver and the agency , the worse part of it the percel is with the driver am worki g at the shoing center they say i must meet them at the police station why... i ddnt write police station address in my order i wrote my work address for a reason... which is a shopping center what ****ed me off the most is the fact that the driver has said straight to me if thats the case i will get the order month will have to wait....why...they are full of them themself and they think they run the company. If this is the kond of people u r employed then i feel sorry for you ...
