BAD SHOCKING SERVICE

I dont think that they deserve even a 1 star rating. They keep giving the run around. There tracking on Temu says that they are for delivery but when I called them the package is still in Jhb and I'm in East London. I called again 5 days later with package delivered yet and when I called I got the same answer as before. When I asked to speak to the manager/owner they cut the call and now they dont answer my calls. TEMU need to cease from using these guys as what I've seen this isnt the first bad delivery review they have received
