Bad service and lies

My pakage from Temu has been "Out for delivery" since Monday 29/12/2025 On 31/12/2025 I called them more than 5 times and the lady that I spoke to kept on saying that my pakage will be delivered that same day ,she said that the driver will contact me before 7pm , guess what? Nobody contacted me That next morning on the website and on the Temu app it said that the delivery had failed ,I then went and asked the complex security if anyone had come to deliver a package and he said that there was not any delivery car that came through so this company lies on their website and they also **** to the company from where the package came from ,and I still have not received my package I wish I could say I was shocked but considering all the bad reviews I read ,I am not.
