Bad service

I ordered and my order was handed to GFS Express SA on the 5th of August. I have been calling but no answer. I went to the streets "Twitter" and wrote to GFS Express Customer Care they have responded within minutes. Go to the streets if you are having problems with the delivery on your parcel.
