Bad Service!

Parcel has been out for Delivery for over a week now. Keep getting emails and whatsapp messages confirmig my parcel will be delivered on this day. Still no delivery received. They do not respond on whatsapp, they don't bother getting back to you. There is no email address for this company that actually works. No way of getting a hold of this courier company. It is the WORST service I have ever gotten. Logged queries on whatsapp, only response you get is a rep will get back to you. No one ever gets back to you.
