Bad Service

This is the worst courier company I have ever seen I made an order with Temu and this courier was picked to deliver my order it's been a month now and I haven't received my order

But always when I check on their website it says my order is in transit I even rescheduled my delivery date but still nothing even this day

Their communication is also bad you can't even talk to anyone from them.

I now don't know which step to take because the order is my kids Christmas clothes 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
