Bad customer service

"I want to report a concerning interaction with a delivery personnel, Caswell, who contacted me at approximately 17:45 today claiming to have my delivery. I informed him that I'd already left work and the agreed delivery window was between 8am and 5pm. He then asked for my location, and upon sharing that I'm in Garankuwa (which is also where my workplace is located), he rudely stated he'd return the package to the depot. Specifically, he said he's not going to bring my delivery because of the way I spoke to him - despite me being professional and courteous throughout. He even said 'it's fine, you can call the office and complain' - which I am doing. I'm disappointed by his unprofessional behavior and would like this matter addressed."
