Bad customer care

I've been waiting long for my package to he delivered eventually when its out for delivery an hour later it's cancelled due to bad weather but the sun is shining very bright. No way to contact them, their WhatsApp customer care doesn't answer, no one is responding to emails. They are useless!!!!!!
