Bad customer and delivery service

Title: Unreliable Service and Zero Communication Rating: 1/5 stars Review: I am extremely disappointed with GFS Express. My parcel (Tracking #: GE***, has been stuck "Out for Delivery" for [5] days with no explanation. I have tried calling their support line multiple times, but the calls either drop or no one answers. Their WhatsApp service is equally useless. This was an order for [Temu] and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would advise anyone to avoid this courier if possible.#Temu
