bad bad delivery service

i am supposed to receive a parcel, it was supposed to leave jhb on 2/3/2026 for cape town. according to the place i purchased from it is out for delivery yet the funny thing is not even in cape town and they cannot tell me where it is. their service is pathetic to say the least. fast way couriers receieved a parcel from me on wednesday and it is out for delivery today,
