*********** and unreachable. A useless courier company.

This has been the worst delivery experience of my life. I ordered something in December online and it was shipped to these *********** and unreachable people. I've already had to reschedule a delivery twice but still it hasn't arrived. Can't reach any customer service agent, I don't think they have any, and I can't track where the package is. This is a horrible company and should never get any business.
