An unhappy customer

I was told on Saturday that I would receive my order & it's now Thursday & still no sign of it. The driver calls, asks for my delivery address location, I send it & then complete radio silence. The tracking status is stuck on "out for delivery" and "delivery failed - postponed delivery", looping the same message over & over.😡

What really takes the cup is when they sent a verification code message on WhatsApp at 19:05, saying a driver was scheduled to arrive that same day...well, evening. Unbelievable! I submitted a complaint that very same Saturday I was supposed to get my package, but it went nowhere. I was gonna make calls to them today until I read these reviews & now I'm more furious.😡Worst courier company & worst experience ever.🚮
