Absolutely useless, have had a parcel out for delivery for three days (apparently reschuled by me which is a lie)

Absolutely useless, have had a parcel out for delivery for three days (apparently reschuled by me which is a lie). You cannot contact an operator on their contact line as they are always busy and you can't even wait in the queue. Their WhatsApp line for queries is just as bad with only automated responses and a promised call back never happening
