Absolutely horrible!!!

Absolutely **********, tracking updates are so delayed, when trying to contact them via WhatsApp its a bot that is Absolutely useless. When you call them you either get no response and if your lucky to get on the line with them their either rude or put the phone down The customer service agents are unhelpful, my package has been out for delivery for 4 days now, they tried delivering it at 23:15 at night? Who delivers a package at almost midnight!!! Ive had multiple bad experiences with GFS express and now they've just completely pushed all my buttons.
