Wasted my time
Complete **** when selling my car. They gave me a quote and messed me around faith sloppy response to emails and then not following up. Eventually I just went into the showroom and demanded service. The valuation then tried to con me that the car couldn’t be bought as there were error codes. I told him the car was still on motorplan so not an issue. Also he came up with ridiculous reasons to deflate the offer by R45000 yet the car was perfect. Totally wasted my time.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We do understand your frustration and apologize for the breakdown in communication.
As discussed, the diagnostic test we completed on the vehicle picked up various error codes. We would, however, still purchase the vehicle subject to the error codes being checked and cleared by Audi (under motor plan). We noted previous repair work on the vehicle, in addition to all 4 tyres needing to be replaced, this, unfortunately, resulted in an adjustment to the final offer.
