Waste of valuable time
GetWorth, not a great company to do bunnies with. Unprofessional sales team, who make commitments and don’t follow through. I’ve test driven two cars on separate occasions that I was led to believe were for Sale. Only to get to a point where I’m making an offer, trading in my vehicle and arranged all my paperwork. Only to be informed these vehicles are actually not for Sale. As I have said they have not only wasted to time on one occasion but twice. It makes annoys me that people can waste another persons valuable time like this. Life is busy and stressful enough. GetWorth is not as great as you might be led to believe unless you have time to waste.

Our cars do move very quickly and the only way to reserve a vehicle is by putting a holding deposit down on it. However, this isn't an excuse for poor communication between staff to clients, and staff members to each other regarding which vehicles already have holding deposits on them etc. We have taken your review very seriously as a lesson for our staff of what the getWorth experience should not be.
