We understand your disappointment; however, it’s important to clarify that your vehicle did not meet our minimum service history standards. Our team explained that we could not proceed because key services in 2023, 2024, and 2025 were carried out at a private residential address, which unfortunately does not align with our quality assurance requirements. Our policy requires that RMI-approved repairers must carry out all services to ensure the integrity and traceability of the vehicle’s maintenance history.
