Unprofessional and untrue

I just recieved a call from one of your representatives. I informed her that the car has been sold.

She was rude over the phone stating that she doesn't understand why I sold the car for less than you offered,but she doesn't know the story or the process and she spoke to me VERY unprofessionaly.

Now I see that the email says I did not sell the car to you because it did not pass the background check and that there may be some discrepancy.

That is DEFINITELY not true and i ask that you formally retract that previous message.

I sold the car to someone else as it is my own decision what I do with it.

Will jot advise to do business with them. Very unprofessional
