Everything about the Getworth experience was positive. The initial online sign up returned a value for my car that was disappointing but this was remedied as soon I sent a personalized email requesting they look at the specifics. From then on, their help and interest were the best. When I arrived for the car inspection, the reception ladies were helpful. A senior inspector arrived almost immediately and checked the car, explaining what had slightly reduced the price. A couple of signatures later and the money was in my bank. Their customer lounge and coffee were a treat. I would recommend the company any day.
