From the start to the finish you are made to feel at ease. Tatum was on the ball making sure all thee documents were in order. Darryn although not scheduled to be assessing my car due to someone being ill sorted me out without batting an eyelid. When I returned after accepting their offer Darryn was out of office as I was not specific about drop off. No fear though as Sean was able to get the paperwork and payment done on a Friday afternoon after 15:30 (a feat in its own right). While this paper work was being done (an uber was ordered) I sipped on possibly the BEST American EVER! Big shout out to Linda, his tamping skills will be hard to match!
