Swift, friendly, professional - one happy customer!

I was pleasantly surprised by this experience and don't regret choosing GetWorth to sell my car.

Long story short, I experienced a freak accident (not car-related) and suffered a TBI that left me no choice but to sell my car as I am not cleared to drive for the next 6 months, after which I need to learn to drive again, just like I am learning to walk, write and read again.

From the day I listed my car for sale, GetWorth was on the ball. I received a call and pre-inspection offer on the same day, arranged a no obligation post-inspection offer which was not far off from the pre-inspection offer.

I dealt with Dirk, who is the Garden Route representative. He is friendly, courteous and ensured I understood the entire process.

After carefully considering all offers received, I decided to accept GetWorth's offer (who offered 2nd highest to a private seller) based in the fact that they sort out all paperwork from A to Z, they drove through to a remote area free of charge (and still under no obligation to accept their offer) to inspect my car in person and they were transparent, honest and surprisingly swift with response.

This all took place within a matter of 7 days (weekend and public holiday included!).
