They advertize that they pay more, send you a quotation that looks good, then put you through the Spanish Inquisition and expect you to answer 100 questions before they even view the car. Then at the end even if you do get an appointment they beat you down to accept a much lower offer, than they initially made. Those that fall for this then see their exact vehicle advertised on their website at tens of thousand more. ********* business practice is their norm. Sell your car privately or at we buy cars, who treat their customers way better
