Slow to respond and paint issue with car.
Very slow to respond to any query, during or after purchase. I bought a car and days after buying it, the paint started peeling off. They said it is cosmetic, and therefore will nog sort it out.

21 Jul 2025, 21:02These are two separate things being discussed. The dent on the door will be fixed, as was agreed on the day of purchase. The paint however started to peel from the front bumper within a week of the purchase. I don’t think it is unreasonable of me to expect that to be fixed.
