I purchased a 2017 Fortuner 2.8GD-6 from Get\Worth at Richmond Park in Richwood a few weeks ago the vehicle had a few issues that need some attention. When we collected the number plates on Saturday past, we met a very friendly gentleman named. Warren Kannemeyer responsible for the after sales side of the business after listening to my disappointing experience he committed to solving all the outstanding issues for me he provided me with his contact details. On Monday the 9th of October after sending him all the necessary documents he returned my call on Monday and arranged for the vehicle to be returned on Tuesday the 10th of October to see to all the outstanding issues. The vehicle was returned to me on Wednesday afternoon with all the outstanding issues resolved without question. I was further reimbursed for repairing items at my own cost after I was told it could not be done. Following the experience with Warren and the way he communicates just gives me peace of mind.
