******* communication!!! Lacking service!

I bought a car from Getworth, Montague Gardens. They (Grant) were great and very efficient up to taking my money... It is now 6 days and counting, many emails and calls just trying to get an update on what the hell is going on. If they do eventually reply it is with no useful information, making more undertakings to get info and let me, which does not happen either...

Am I unreasonable in expecting to be kept informed on the progress of the car I bought? I am really concerned about how the after sales service will be if things are this ***** before I even before collection the vehicle...

This frustration experience could have been avoided by simply keeping me informed, as requested.
