I bought and took delivery of a car from GetWorth end July 2025. After 4 days, I immediately reported excessive fuel usage and loss of oil (oil light came on while driving and the petrol attend informed me there's no oil in the engine). The car was returned to GetWorth and they booked it in at a mechanical workshop. Even though I was given a courtesy car to use in the meantime, I waited for more than 3 months for the fuel usage and oil leak to be "repaired". I got the car back 2 weeks now and had to top up with a pint of oil already. I returned the car 4 times with other problems as well. Fuel consumption is excessive.....just under 90 kilometers on a 1/4 tank of fuel. I'm told it's driver habits but I'm not a reckless driver....I'm almost 60 ****it!! Gearbox slipping gears when driving, picking up speed and slowing down. The after-sales service staff keep making excuses and tries to convince me it's "driver habits". The car has been driven for 4,000km already since purchase date, of which I drove under 1,000km - the rest was for testing by the workshops. They say they don't buy previously accident-damaged vehicles but this car was involved in a front smash. I'm no longer in an understanding mood, I'm P'd.....I've had no luxury driving a car I paid for. Instead, 80% of the mileage accumulated was for testing and the little mileage I accumulated was basically for testing and provide a "performance report" to GetWorth. This is not what I expected or bought.
