OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Being in the service industry myself and having very high standards, I am used to being between disgusted, disappointed and very underwhelmed by service levels in general but I really cannot say that about GetWorth. From the initial cash offer that came through in an hour of my first contact to signing the contract took 5 days, that’s days NOT business days!, only because I could only go to them yesterday afternoon. I want to thank Rikus Smit, Nomphelo Ngqondela and everyone else involved with this process for your excellent service. I didn't get exactly what I wanted for my car but you came close enough to my expectation and the way you handled everything was a large contributing factor to me accepting the offer. By the time I got home, after being dropped off by the complimentary Uber ride, my signed contract and proofs of payment for the bank settlement and the balance to me, was already in my InBox. I received scanned copies of all the documents I signed – after hours on the day before Good Friday – 2 hours later! And then to receive a notification from my bank at 10:00pm last night that the payment is already in my account underpinned that I had definitely made the right decision. Top Class Service that really deserves 10 Stars, not just 5.
