NON-NEGOTIABLE

Four Stars - their cars on offer are of a better quality than their competition. One Star - "Low-balling" - unwillingness to negotiate and customer follow-up

I am / was interested in purchasing a vehicle from their floor in Richmond Park and have a vehicle to trade in. Their website and marketing suggest "SELL YOUR CAR FOR WHAT IT'S REALLY WORTH" and based on market data. When I challenged them on their low offer, market data and an offer I received from the OEM for my vehicle - they went quiet.

The offer from GetWorth was 16% (R 41,014.00) less than the OEM offer................

No further correspondence from the sales person - clearly the motor industry isn't struggling as the players would suggest it is, and GetWorth are selling loads of cars to worry about selling me a car and offering fair value...............

Only after a follow-up from a supervisor - where I voiced my dissatisfaction did they counter offer - yet again some R 27k short of the offer from the OEM - VW. Eleven days later and radio silence - yet I'm still receiving their unsolicited SPAM emails offering best prices for your car..............

All in - great cars on offer, but they are unwilling to negotiate or offer true market related value for your vehicle when compared to OEM's.

Use them if you're desperate and need cash in a hurry - not if you're looking to trade in and buy another vehicle.
