No after sales care

I bought a car from getWorth recently and although I am super happy with the car my experience dealing with small issues have been less than ideal. The attitude of Tiaan the sales person is just unacceptable and ignoring emails is not how you create repeat business. I had the one issue resolved myself over the weekend at my cost but still he has a bad attitude towards the situation. I will actually resolve the other issue myself as well just to avoid dealing with getWorth any further than what I have to. I would actually advise any person to stay clear of buying cars through them. If you struggle to get attention for small issues, imagine what it will be like to deal with a major failure or breakdown. No thanks, never again.

Got a phone call from the GM, which I appreciate but it does not change my experience. Matter resolved.

Hi Charles,

We acknowledge that there was miscommunication between parties and that we could have been more proactive in dealing with your initial query about the chip on the windscreen and wheel alignment on your 2013 Ford Figo - we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused.

It was never our intention to shy away from after-sales support which is emphasised by our getSeven policy - a 7 day/700km money-back return guarantee that is specifically designed for our clients’ piece of mind when purchasing a vehicle from us.

We are a customer-focused business and regret that any customer of ours would feel this way. We have taken your feedback into account and internalise all complaints/feedback to ensure we continually improve.

Kind Regards,

The getWorth Team
