Never use Grant Martin

Maybe I was just unlucky, but I experienced THE WORST SERVICE EVER from Grant Martin (sales rep) at the Cape Town branch - he did not respond to an email from their office to forward an offer to purchase on a vehicle and to arrange a viewing. I phoned him yesterday and he was unaware of any correspondence. So maybe he did not receive the email? We set up a viewing for today as the car was still available. He had to confirm via whatsapp and send a pin. I received nothing up to an hour before the viewing, so I phoned the manager to report the bad service and was then informed that the car was sold already - LOL !!!!
