My first car purchase experience

First time I walked into getWorth I was greeted with smiles and they offered beverages. Yes beverages. This was a Saturday and I hadn't made an appointment. I had been eyeing a blue Renault from the website for a while now and I decided to pop in unannounced to view it. Karen assisted me with the viewing, even though she isn't in sales. We had a great chat, she is so amazing and kind and really fun to talk to. She then informed me that theres a pending purchase on the vehicle but if something changes I will be contacted.

Fast forward days later, I get an email that the vehicle is indeed available. Karen had done all the leg work and so all I needed was to test drive. Bianca assisted with the test drive and I was ready for the purchase.

Erica assisted with the follow up with the finance documents because I am permanent resident and Wesbank requested that home affairs needed to verify - This took a while but it's nobody's fault. Everytime Erica called her voice was always soothing, she could tell that this was my very first big purchase and I admit it was scary. Finance was finally approved, got a very very good interest rate for someone my age (26) with a very small credit record. I'm not sure who to thank for that, I'm guessing it's Chantelle. Thank you Chantelle.

Car collection. Erica and JD ran around all Saturday making sure the car was ready for collection. I was very busy that week so I could only collect over the weekend and they made a plan for me. I really felt special. Today I received my number plates and licence disc from Karen. It was a full circle, it began with her and it ended with her.

I however was not happy with the service I received from Bianca. She never called back when she said she would and always rep**** emails late or never sometimes. That is why I will only give 4 stars

Overall I am a happy customer I will definitely be back for an upgrade, and thank you Karen, Erica and JD.

Ps: if the car breaks down I will remove this review lol - kidding.
